Gary the bellhop was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The tunnel to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center was an added plus. We had a wonderful stay not one complaint, and we would love to stay again very well managed hotel and again the staff was terrific don’t forget to chat with Gary about anything Dallas he’s the guy!

It was close to everything I was trying to visit and it was so beautiful inside. The rooms are amazing and the beds are comfy, I would suggest getting an extra pillow or two if you like firm pillows the pillows were very soft and got flat fast. The bathroom is nice and I loved the accent lights. That motion sense light that comes on when the room is dark really comes in handy! The buffet style breast at their restaurant was delicious and worth the price. Honestly the price of the hotel was worth every penny, it's so nice.

Ate breakfast elsewhere however enjoyed drinks at the beautiful bar and bar staff were very personable and helpful with sightseeing while we were attending a wedding! All staff from housekeeping to valet were excellent! Would definitely highly recommend the Hyatt Regency! Location was excellent!

The view was awesome. Very claiming to wake too every morning that I was there. Very comfortable. I had a very late evening flight and I was allowed to stay in my room until it was time to head to the airport That was very AWESOME right there.

it was easy to use in relation to convention center. We were there with kids competing in robotics. They could make lots of money with a room and food options for students at night getting food for kids is tricky they could think about that next year.

Rooms are super clean with nice views. Great room services. Food is great at the hotel. Multiple restaurants. Great location for New Year’s Eve. Next to JFK 6th floor museum at Dealey Plaza; 10 minutes walk. Great city view. The hotel is connected to the Reunion Tower. Valet parking and self-parking options.
